Declaring its earnings for the third quarter ended the current financial year (Q3 FY23), Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Monday declared a third interim dividend of ₹75 per share, against ₹67 per share for FY23. Special dividend included.


The Third Interim Dividend and Special Dividend will be paid on 3rd February, 2023 to the Equity Shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares. on January 17, 2023, which is the record date fixed for the purpose, the company said.


The IT company has a strong track record of distributing dividends to its shareholders, having declared 77 dividends since October 28, 2004. In October last year, TCS had declared a second interim dividend of ₹8 per equity share for the financial year FY23. In the last 12 months, TCS has declared an equity dividend of ₹45 per share. At the current share price, this results in a dividend yield of 1.39%, according to Trendline data.
