'Once asked the driver...' Prince Harry on being close to Princess Diana's death




Harry also revealed that his father did not hug him when he was told of Princess Diana's death.

Prince Harry expressed that he was unable to show any emotion during Princess Diana's death and could only cry once during the funeral. She also revealed that she set off through the road tunnel in Paris where she died to get off.

"I once cried at the burial, and you know I go into detail [in Spare] how awkward it was and there was actually some guilt that I felt, and I think William felt too, out From visiting Kensington Palace," he said in an interview that will air on Sunday night.

"Our mother had 50,000 bouquets of flowers and there we were, shaking hands with people, smiling...

Prince Harry continued, "Everyone thought and felt that they knew our mother, and the two people closest to her, the two people she loved the most, were unable to show any emotion in that moment."

Harry also revealed that his father did not hug him when he was told of Princess Diana's death.

In Prince Harry's biography Spare, which is due for release on January 10, he revealed details of his mother's funeral. In fact, throughout the book, the Duke of Sussex mostly talks about his mother's absence.

In the book, he also mentions that he once had a driver take him through the road tunnel in Paris where his mother died in hopes that he would find closure from "decades of incredible pain". Will happen
