Nykaa's share price fell on January 12 after news reports said that 14 million shares of parent company FSN E-Commerce Ventures changed hands in a major trade today.
The stock opened lower at ₹152.95 as compared to the previous day's closing price of ₹155.10 but soon reversed losses to trade higher at ₹156.65. The stock was not able to sustain the gains though again slipped into the red mark. At the time of writing this copy, the share price was trading down 2.4% at ₹151.40 on BSE.
Media reports quoted Nykaa's parent company shares as being sold at ₹148.90 a piece by an unknown player to raise $26 million through a block deal.
