Ashish Kacholia has increased his stake in Yasho Industries from 2.60 per cent to 3.82 per cent during October-December 2022.

As per the shareholding pattern of Yasho Industries for the October to December 2022 quarter, Ashish Kacholia is holding 4,35,350 shares of the company, which is 3.82 per cent of the total paid-up capital of the company. However, in the shareholding pattern of Yasho Industries for the July to September 2022 quarter, Ashish Kacholia held 2,96,322 shares or 2.60 per cent stake in the company. This means, the market mogul bought an additional 1,39,028 shares or 1.22 per cent stake in Yasho Industries during Q3FY23.

However, it would be difficult to establish whether Ashish Kacholia bought all these shares in one go or he bought these shares in a calibrated manner. As per exchange rules, a listed company is bound to share the names of all the individual shareholders of the company who hold more than one per cent stake in the company. However, they are not bound to share the details of purchase and sale of shares. Therefore, a shareholding pattern can reveal only the net shareholding pattern of an individual shareholder and the net change in shareholding from his or her past shareholding data.

However, on comparing the shareholding pattern of Yasho Industries Limited for Q2FY23 and Q3FY23, it is clear that Ashish Kacholia added new shares of the company which were already present in his portfolio.
