According to current and former employees cited by Bloomberg, at meetings, Agarwal sabotaged presentations due to a missing page number, directed Punjabi adjectives at staff, and called the team "worthless".

Executives interviewed said meetings scheduled for an hour often go on for 10 minutes because Agarwal would lose patience over a memo, a crooked paper clip or a frivolous sentence in the quality of the printing paper.

The report also mentioned that an Ola Future factory worker was asked to take three rounds around the multi-acre plant after Agarwal noticed a closed entryway that should have been left open.

On Saturday, Agarwal told the media, "My style is probably more aggressive than that of the average new-age entrepreneur. We have a culture of influence, competence, high quality and execution," he said.

Agarwal said that the opportunity given to the firm is huge in creating the future and the paradigm that the world will follow.
