Bihar politics: Sushil Modi took a jibe at the Chief Minister, said - had already warned the Bihar government, Nitish had trouble

Sushil Modi's attack on CM Nitish: Modi said that JDU leaders are linking the court's decision with the caste census, which has nothing to do with it. There has also been talk of spending crores of candidates in the elections.

Patna: Sushil Modi has made a big allegation on Chief Minister Nitish Kumar after the court postponed the Bihar Municipal Corporation elections. He has told the responsibility of this decision to Nitish Kumar. Modi attacked the Chief Minister by tweeting one after the other on social media late on Tuesday night.

He said that by giving statements three times, I had warned the Bihar government not to conduct elections without triple test, but Nitish Kumar was not ready to listen to anyone. Nitish alone is responsible for the calamity that has come today.

He also held Nitish Kumar responsible for the expenditure incurred by the candidates in the election (Nike election candidate Bihar 2022). Said that the Bihar government will compensate for this expenditure?

Don't link JDU's decision with caste census

Rajya Sabha MP Sushil Modi also hit back at the statement of caste census by JDU leaders. Modi said that I have heard the statement of many JDU leaders that if there was a caste census in Bihar, the court would not have given this decision. Please note that caste census has nothing to do with municipal elections. The court said that by making a dedicated commission, give reservation on its recommendation, but Nitish Kumar remained adamant on his insistence.

Nitish did not listen to a single word of IAG and SEC. The AG and the State Election Commission were repeatedly talking about the triple test, but due to the insistence of the Chief Minister, the AG had to advise the CM. Modi said that "crores of people have been spent. Elections should be stopped immediately. Further decision should be taken only after convening a meeting of all parties". Modi said that many JDU leaders are making rhetoric by linking this decision with the caste census, they do not even know ABCD about the Supreme Court's direction. He is making absurd statements.

Election Commission accepts Supreme Court's decision

The State Election Commission has accepted the High Court's decision to postpone the civic polls. The State Election Commission has postponed the civic body elections to be held on October 10 and 20 with immediate effect. The second date will be released later.

After the order of the High Court, the officers of the Commission met for eight hours. Only after that this decision has been taken. At present, a new notification will be issued by the State Election Commission in this regard. At the same time, there has been an earthquake in the politics of Bihar as soon as the civic elections are banned. The rhetoric continues.
