higher-end subscriptions

Recruiter Lite, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Learning, Premium Career, Premium Business, Premium Company Page, and LinkedIn Premium memberships may all be refunded within seven days of the subscription's charge date if no premium use is used. All of your Premium services, including InMail messages, will expire at the conclusion of your paying cycle if you decide to discontinue your Premium membership.

Observations:

If you bought your membership using the LinkedIn iOS app, please get in touch with Apple to discuss refunds and cancellations. Apple is required to provide all iOS refunds. The No Thanks, Continue option must be clicked in order to communicate via email or chat with an Apple support representative.

Pay-per-action merchandise

Pay-per-action goods impose fees on each application, click, impression, etc. These items include, for example, LinkedIn Ads, Sponsored Jobs, and any other product where you're paid per action. All activities that are provided and paid for are not returnable.

Individual classes on LinkedIn Learning

We provide customers who buy individual LinkedIn Learning courses a 30-day return guarantee. But after the first month, there are no refunds for the courses. Unless otherwise noted before checkout, courses will normally be accessible for as long as you maintain your LinkedIn account. Rarely, we may have to discontinue certain courses due to legal issues or other factors. Without providing a refund or an exchange, we have the right to revise our courses.

Refunds may be available to you based on the legislation in your area. If you're utilizing our services for yourself rather than a company, for instance:

We will terminate your membership with one month's notice if you reside in Denmark or the Netherlands, and we'll reimburse any unused portion of your subscription time.

Within 14 days of the subscription start date, EU citizens are eligible for a complete refund.

Note: The commencement of the subscription service marks the beginning of this 14-day term. There won't be any costs associated with a refund since, for instance, if you signed up for a one-month free trial, the term starts on the first day of your trial.

If you reside in Germany, we will reimburse any unused portion of your membership term after giving one month's notice of cancellation (not including the first year of an annual subscription).

In accordance with the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank, you are eligible for a refund from your bank if you made a purchase using a Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) direct debit. Within eight weeks of the day your account was debited, you may request a refund for SEPA direct debits.

You may submit your account for review if you think your circumstances justify an exemption.
