Kia launches a car leasing service in collaboration with Orix

The business and Orix "Kia Lease" have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

On Friday, Kia India announced that it has partnered with Orix Auto Infrastructure Services to launch a brand-new ownership experience initiative.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the corporation and Orix 'Kia Lease' has been signed.

According to a statement from Kia India, the effort intends to improve brand accessibility and provide consumers another way to own a Kia without having to worry about maintenance, insurance, or resale issues.

It also said that the initiative's initial phase had been introduced in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Pune.

"The leasing model is a massive worldwide trend that is also becoming more popular in India. According to Myung-sik Sohn, chief sales officer of Kia India, "this design resonates particularly well with new-age consumers preferring flexible mobility solutions at appealing price points."

The business expects its leasing service to surpass the industry growth rate due to a superior product selection and service offerings, he noted, with an industry projection showing 100% growth over the next four to five years.

According to the corporation, entering the leasing market would improve its reputation and provide new sales prospects. PTI MSS DR
