According to the business, consumers may buy tickets directly via the Aurionpro Transit app and plan their routes using Google Maps, facilitating hassle-free and interoperable travel.

Passengers can now conveniently save and access their tickets inside Google Wallet thanks to this connection.


The app-based ORS ticketing service from Aurionpro Transit, a division of Aurionpro, has partnered with Google Wallet.


Passengers may save their bought tickets in Google Wallet as co-branded cards or QR code passes, according to a press release. Customers may use the Aurionpro Transit app to plan their routes using Google Maps and buy tickets straight from the app, making travel convenient and interoperable, according to the business.


Some passes and tickets received by email, such bus and rail tickets, can immediately show up in your Google Wallet for a limited number of partners if you have enabled smart personalization settings in Gmail.


"Using Google Pay for transit payments ensures a quick, seamless, and secure process," said Sanjay Bali, CEO of Aurionpro Transit, emphasising the advantages of this payment method. Our goals are to promote the adoption of sustainable transportation and provide individuals a greater sense of financial control."


Google's India Engineering Lead for Android and General Manager Ram Papatla emphasized the importance of this breakthrough. "With Google Wallet, Android's journey in India reaches a significant milestone as the company introduces innovative and convenient experiences to simplify daily life."


According to the firm, this launch is anticipated to provide Android users in India with unprecedented levels of ease, improving the effectiveness and user-friendliness of daily travel.
