US court rules that Elon Musk may request a reexamination of the SEC subpoena lawsuit ruling
The SEC is looking into whether Musk complied with the law when submitting the necessary documentation for his acquisition of Twitter shares and if his claims about the transaction were deceptive.
In a court filing on Thursday, Musk's attorneys said that they intended to examine the order to compel testimony from U.S. Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler.
According to a court notification filed on Friday, Elon Musk may seek the US District Court to overturn a magistrate judge's decision compelling him to testify in the Securities and Exchange Commission's probe into its $44 billion purchase of Twitter.

Musk has rebuffed the SEC's request for an interview, claiming that the agency has already made two attempts and calling it harassment.
