Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has announced appointed Shiv Krishnamurthy would take the helm of the company's Foods & Refreshments business as Executive Director, marking a major shift in the company's management committee appointments.

Deepak Subramaniam will step down as executive director of Homecare to be replaced by Srinandan Sundaram. The executive director of homecare at HUL will be taking on a new position overseas. The aforementioned modifications will take effect on April 1, 2024.

Additionally, Sundaram has set the stage for the food industry to flourish rapidly in both new and established sectors. The proprietor of Horlicks has also said that he has led HUL's focus on regenerative agriculture and nutritional content in goods.

It was already stated that Karthik Chandrashekhar would become an Executive Director of Personal Care for the HUL management committee starting on April 1. He has, nonetheless, made the decision to depart Unilever, and HUL will name a replacement for him when the time is right.
