We are building an ecosystem by offering aspiring athletes the best possibilities, increasing openness in the player selection process, and equipping them with all available resources."Motivate them to achieve and thrive," said the prime minister.


"Compared to previous years, the sports budget has grown by about three times in the past 10 years. Under the TOP program, hundreds of athletes are now obtaining highly skilled training both domestically and overseas. Over 3,000 more players are receiving monthly support worth Rs 50,000 via "Khelo India."


He went on to say that the nation's kids need develop stronger willpower and focus in addition to staying safe from numerous dangerous habits.


"One important thing about sports is that they not only instill a winning mentality in you but also inspire you to keep improving in other areas of your life. We learn from sports that there are no boundaries to greatness. PM Modi said that the young of the nation was also the focus of our (interim) budget on February 1.


Sports also have the vital benefit of shielding young people from several dangers. They help us focus clearly on our goals in life, fortify our will, and improve our ability to concentrate. They protect us against drug and other substance addictions. He said that sports have a significant impact on personality development.
