According to a press statement, UP ATS was informed by several confidential sources that agents of the Pakistani intelligence organization ISI were attempting to deceive and entice certain individuals with concealed identities into the Government of India's Ministry of External Affairs.


They were attempting to use money as a ruse to entice and fool Indian Army personnel. According to the announcement, the officers gathered information via electronic and physical surveillance and discovered that Satendra Siwal, the son of Jaiveer Singh, resides in Shahmahiuddinpur village in the Hapur district of Hapur. He is now assigned at the Indian Embassy and is an MTS in the MEA. Russia is engaged in anti-Indian actions, influenced by Moscow's ISI controllers.


"He is implicated in a network of ISI operatives who furnish vital classified information related to India's diplomatic as well as military activities in exchange for monetary incentives," claimed the report.


In accordance with the regulations, Satendra Siwal was summoned to the ATS field unit in Meerut and questioned. During the course of the questioning, he admitted to being involved in the crime.


In accordance with the Official Secrets Act of 1923 as well as section 121A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), Satyendra Siwal has been placed under arrest.


Two cell phones, one Aadhar card, one PAN card, one identification paper, and Rs. 600 in cash were taken during the operation.
