The level-3 basic wage will rise from Rs. 18000 to Rs. 26000 in the event that this occurs. The remuneration of workers would directly rise by Rs 8,000. Additionally, this will have an impact on DA payment.


Basic Pay for 10th Class and TPTA is Rs. 18,000 per month.

Salary would rise by Rs 49,420 as a result of fitment.


A central employee at Level-3 who receives a base pay of Rs 18,000 would get a salary of Rs 18,000 X 2.57 = Rs 46,260, minus allowances. A 3.68-fold increase in the fitment factor would result in a salary of Rs 95,680 (26,000 x 3.68). Workers will gain greatly from this.
