IndiGo Fare: Customers have received a significant shock from IndiGo, the biggest airline in the domestic market. The airline has raised its prices. The fee has now gone up from Rs 150 to Rs 2000. It is now possible for passengers to pay an additional Rs 2000 for front seats.

It can now cost you a little more money to get your preferred seat. If you choose the front seat, the cost will increase. On an airline, a front seat that allows a passenger to sit with their legs apart comfortably may cost up to Rs 2000. The ticket price will be supplemented by this charge.


There is plenty of legroom in the XL front passenger seat. There is an additional fare that you must pay. at the airline's A320 or A320neo aircraft, there are 180 or 186 seats total, with 18 XL seats located at the front.


These seats will cost extra money.


For front seats, customers would now need to pay an additional Rs 2000. It would pay Rs 2000 to choose a window or gallery seat in the first row of the 232-seat A321 aircraft. Passengers would now have to pay an extra charge of up to Rs 1500 for the middle front seat. The airline used to charge extra for these seats in the past, anything from Rs 150 to Rs 1500. The 180-seat A320 aircraft will have these seats available for selection at the same cost, as stated on the airline's website. You may choose a seat that is always free if you would rather not take your favorite seat. When you check in at the airport, you will be assigned a seat at no cost. Please be aware that the seat selection cost for ATR aircraft might go up to Rs 500.


The gasoline fee had been reclaimed by Indigo.


On January 4, Indigo withdrew its plan to apply a fuel surcharge after lowering the cost of aviation fuel. Government oil corporations had lowered the price of aviation fuel after a sustained decline in the price of crude oil. Depending on the distance of the ticket, the fuel cost was lowered from Rs. 300 to Rs. 1000 due to the decrease in the price of Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF).
