According to a regulatory statement by Eicher Motors, VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV), a joint venture between the Volvo Group and the company, sold 7,221 units in December 2022.

On Monday, Eicher Motors Ltd said that, as of December 2023, 8,026 units were sold overall, an increase of 11.1% attributable to the company's affiliate, VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd.

According to a regulatory statement by Eicher Motors, VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV), a joint venture between the Volvo Group and the company, sold 7,221 units in December 2022.

Sales in December 2023 included 237 vehicles under the Volvo brand and 7,789 units under the Eicher brand.

Eicher-branded trucks and buses had sales of 7,468 units in the european commercial vehicle market last month, up from 6,671 units in December 2022.

According to the report, shipments of trucks and buses bearing the Eicher brand fell by 3.3% from 332 units in December 2022 to 321 units.
