Settle, a company with locations in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Gurugram, and Chennai, operates more than 60 co-living facilities with a combined capacity of 4,000 beds in these cities.


Co-living startup In order to grow its business, Settle has secured Rs 10 crore from investors, including V Founder Circle and Nikhil Kamath's Zerodha-backed venture capital firm Grihas.


With more than 60 co-living facilities totaling 4,000 beds across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Gurugram, and Chennai, Settle is a company mainly catering to working people in these cities. The firm charges between Rs 12,500 and Rs 18,000 per bed for its rental accommodations.


The money will be used by the business as working capital to expand its staff and improve its technology.


Since its founding in 2020, Settle has received a total of Rs 15 crore from investors. According to the organization, its goal is to provide millennials and young professionals seeking easy and hassle-free living alternatives, comfortable and inexpensive housing options.


Users of Settle's website may locate and rent completely furnished apartments with all the luxuries of contemporary life, individual rooms, or communal living spaces.


The market for upscale co-living has stabilized and is now undergoing rapid growth. has taken advantage of this chance and is moving toward being a leader in this industry in India. Co-Founder and Director of Settle Abhishek Tripathi said, "We will only be able to spur development and expansion by partnering with such investors at this critical juncture.


According to the business, the managed life industry, now valued at $6.6 billion, has the potential to quadruple to $21 billion by 2030.


According to Abhijit Pai of Gruhas, the transition from rural to urban life is changing cities, and Settle is an example of this change. "Grihas is thrilled to make a Settle investment. "This marks our second investment in the inaugural class of the Grihas Aspire Accelerator program, which supports cleantech and proptech businesses," the speaker said.
