The only individuals whose H-1B visas will be extended are those who received them from the Canadian Consulate in America between January 1, 2020 through April 1, 2023, as well as the Indian Consulate in America among February 1 and September 30, 2021.

What is the duration of this program?


The US Department of State has announced that the visa renewal procedure will take place from January 29 to April 1.

On January 29, February 5, February 12, February 19, as well as February 26, applicants may submit an application to extend their visa. You may reapply the following week if your first application is denied.


How can I submit an application?
