SBI Service Update: The consumer may now be recognized at the consumer Care Center or by the banking executive's fingerprints thanks to the bank's new planning. The SBI is thinking about opening up the "IRIS Scanner" identifying facility.

SBI New Service: You'll be pleased to hear this news if you have an account with State Bank of India (SBI). SBI is about to provide seniors and pensioners with a new facility. The elderly residents of your home will also have access to this service. The consumer may be recognized at the consumer Care Center or by the banking executive's fingerprints, according the bank's new plans. The plan is to provide SBI's "IRIS Scanner" as an identifying tool.

Visits to the home branch are not necessary.

Senior citizen clients will not need to visit their home branch thanks to the "IRIS Scanner" available close to the bank executive. They will only be allowed to withdraw their pension at the closest "Bank Mitra" center after this facility. SBI announced in a statement that it is testing the possibility of placing a "Iris scanner" with its "Bank Mitra" operators. Pensioners and senior citizen account holders will have less difficulties as a result.

If the fingerprints are not verified, problems

It is possible to verify someone's identification by looking at their pupils with the use of the "IRIS Scanner." These days, all workplaces utilize a similar system to keep track of staff attendance. An elderly lady recently went to a bank friend in the Navrangpur district of Odisha to take her pension. He struggled much since his fingers were not verified in this situation. The bank also said that it is investigating the possibility of installing an iris scanner in order to prevent a scenario like this.
