Three of the top 10 companies had a rise in market value last week of Rs 70,312.7 crore, with Reliance Industries emerging as the largest gainer despite erratic market circumstances.


Following a record-breaking rise, the BSE benchmark dropped 376.79 points, or 0.52%, last week.

Reliance Industries emerged as the largest winner in tumultuous market circumstances last week, with the total market worth of three of the ten most valued firms rising by Rs 70,312.7 crore.


Reliance Industries, HDFC Bank, Hindustan Unilever, and State Bank of India were among the top 10 gainers, while Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), ICICI Bank, Infosys, Bharti Airtel, ITC, and Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) suffered losses. Fell: Rs 68,783.2 crore in losses.


Following last week's record-breaking advances, the BSE benchmark dropped 376.79 points, or 0.52%.


Reliance Industries' market value climbed to Rs 17,35,194.85 crore from Rs 47,021.59 crore. With the addition of Rs 12,241.37 crore, Hindustan Unilever's worth increased to Rs 6,05,043.25 crore.


The value of HDFC Bank grew to Rs 12,68,143.20 crore from Rs 11,049.74 crore. ICICI Bank's market capitalization (MCAP) decreased to Rs 6,97,095.53 crore from Rs 30,235.29 crore.


State Bank of India's value dropped by Rs 10,486.42 crore to Rs 5,68,185.42 crore, while TCS's valuation dropped by Rs 12,715.21 crore to Rs 13,99,696.92 crore. The market capitalization of ITC dropped by Rs 3,991.36 crore to Rs 5,67,645.03 crore, while that of Infosys fell by Rs 7,159.5 crore to Rs 6,48,298.04 crore.


The value of LIC dropped by Rs 2,087.25 crore to Rs 5,01,635.57 crore, while that of Bharti Airtel fell by Rs 2,108.17 crore to Rs 5,56,134.58 crore. Reliance Industries continued to be the most valuable corporation in the top ten rankings, with TCS, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Infosys, Hindustan Unilever, State Bank of India, ITC, Airtel, and Life Insurance Corporation of India following.
