A challan may be issued if you are found operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license. Although it is now possible for this document to be lost, there is no longer a need to be concerned about losing DL. This is because it is possible to apply for a duplicate driver's license online (Duplicate Driving License Online Apply). Each state has a distinct procedure for this. Procedure for obtaining a duplicate driver's license

You must first gather certain paperwork in order to apply for a duplicate driver's license. These papers could be necessary for you. You will need the Form-2 (LLD) application, the original license, a photocopy of the license, a copy of the FIR, a passport-sized picture, proof of age, and proof of residence in order to get a duplicate driving license.

To apply online, follow these instructions.

The first step in applying for a duplicate driving license in Uttar Pradesh is to visit the Sarathi Transport website at https://parivahan.gov.in/.

Choose the "Online Service" option from this menu.

Choose "Driving License Related Services" after that.

Next, choose the state of "Uttar Pradesh."

Here, choose "Services on DL (Renewal/Duplicate/AEDL/IDP/Other)" from the "Driving License" tab.

After choosing "Continue," enter your birthdate and your driver's license number.

Next, choose your driver's license from the data you got in the DL and press the Proceed button.

Next, choose your RTO and state name.

Verify the information on your driver's license now, then choose "Issue of Duplicate DL."

You must now explain your motivation for applying for DL.

Download the previously completed application form and the slip you got after making the payment after that.

Both of these papers must be brought to the RTO office and submitted there.

Your duplicate driver's license will come in a few days.
