Many trains were canceled by North Western Railway.

North Western Railways tweeted on its official X feed, informing followers of the cancelation of several trains. The reason for the cancellation of these trains is track doubling work. On December 21, 2023, train numbers 04862 Churu-Jaipur Express and 04802 Jaipur-Sikar Express are canceled entirely.

On December 19, 21, and 23, the Ajmer-Bandra Terminus Express train, number 12996, has been rerouted. On December 20, 22, and 24, however, train 12996 Bandra Terminus-Ajmer Express has been rerouted. On December 23 and December 21, respectively, train numbers 82654 Jaipur-Yesvantpur Express and Yesvantpur-Jaipur Express will continue to be diverted. North Western Railways has diverted a lot of additional trains between December 21 and December 26 in addition to this one.

Southern Railway canceled many trains.

Southern Railway has also chosen to cancel a number of trains because of the Guledgudda-Bagalkot section's development.
