You must first visit IRCTC's official website at https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train.

You must now sign in to use this website.

You will need to click on File TDR under the My Transactions tab when the new homepage loads.

You must first launch the IRCTC Rail Connect app.

You must now log into the application.

It's time for you to choose your train.

You must now choose My Bookings.

Click on the rail ticket you want to cancel after choosing it.

The three dot menu button has to be clicked at this point.

You must choose the Cancel button above.

Following cancelation, you must return to the train page's main dashboard.

This is where you need to choose "File TDR."

You will need to explain your TDR request's purpose after choosing a rail ticket.

Any reason may be chosen from the drop-down menu.
