The Meteorological Department predicts that the weather will change on January 1st of this year. Overcast skies will begin to part in some parts of Uttar Pradesh. The Zonal Meteorological Center's bulletin states that there is a risk of rain or thundershowers on January 1 in several locations in Western Uttar Pradesh. Then, on January 2, rain or thundershowers might appear in one or two locations across Uttar Pradesh. This rain will cause the temperature to decrease and the harshness of winter to worsen.


A warning has been issued about a very thick fog on Sunday, December 31st, for Sitapur, Hardoi, Farrukhabad, Barabanki, Muzaffarnagar, Baghpat, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Hapur, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Kasganj, Amroha, Shahjahanpur, Sambhal, Badaun, and the neighboring districts.


Bahraich, Hardoi, Farrukhabad, Kannauj, Kanpur Nagar, Unnao, Lucknow, Barabanki, Rae Bareli, Amethi, Ayodhya, Saharanpur, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, Baghpat, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Hapur, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Bulandshahr, Kasganj, Etah, There won't be any sunlight on Friday in Bijnor, Amroha, Moradabad, Rampur, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur, Sambhal, Badaun, and the adjacent districts.


There have been one or two areas in the state with very thick fog throughout the last 24 hours. Significant drops in daytime temperatures were seen in the Bareilly and Gorakhpur divisions. The Varanasi division also saw relatively low daytime temperatures. The state's divisions of Ayodhya, Prayagraj, Bareilly, and Agra all had a decrease in daytime temperatures that persisted below average. Najibabad had the lowest nighttime temperature in the state, which was 6.5 degrees Celsius.
