The BJP's branch in Jammu and Kashmir also promised to support the military forces in their fight against Pakistan's evil plans and to eradicate terrorism from the Union Territory.

According to the resolution, there have been tragedies, unrest, and upheavals in Jammu and Kashmir.

At a convention of office-bearers convened on Saturday, the Jammu and Kashmir section of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) decided against holding discussions with Pakistan and called for the identification and prosecution of individuals accountable for the minority population's flight from Kashmir.

The party also praised the Supreme Court's decision on December 11 to repeal Article 370, claiming that it was the last word in favor of fortifying the nation. At the party's Jammu headquarters, Ravinder Raina, the leader of the Jammu and Kashmir section, presided over the conference. According to a party official, former ministers and MLAs were there, along with BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh, who is in charge of Jammu and Kashmir, and national secretary Narinder Singh.

He claimed that since "terrorism and talks cannot go together," a political resolution passed at the conference requested that there be no talks with Pakistan or its agents, including people or groups that are "promoters or supporters" of separatism in Jammu and Kashmir. The BJP decided to pursue an absolute majority in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly and to choose a party member to serve as chief minister, according to the spokesman.

The resolution he quoted said, "It is also resolved that the BJP government in Jammu and Kashmir will put effort towards strengthening nationalist sentiments while developing a sense of confidence and peace among the public in order to fight terrorism and supporters of terrorism and separatism." The BJP also decided to identify and bring charges against individuals who were in charge of the 1989–1990 minority flight from Kashmir. The resolution states that "Although normalcy is rapidly returning to Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan is still trying to destabilize the Union Region by carrying out subversive activities as well as sustaining a reign of terror."

It stated that "The recent increase in terrorist activities in Rajouri as well as Poonch districts is an expression of the suspicious designs of the hostile neighbour." The BJP's branch in Jammu and Kashmir also promised to support the military forces in their fight against Pakistan's evil plans and to eradicate terrorism from the Union Territory. Furthermore, the party resolves to win over the hearts and minds of the people while simultaneously supporting all essential steps to stop terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir.

The plan also referred to the repeal of Article 370 as a "historic moment in the history of the country." Under the able leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the nation's pursuit of "One Mark, One Constitution, One Head – One India" paid off on August 5, 2019, when Parliament revoked Article 370, putting an end to the Nehruvian Himalayan error. The task has been completed." Conclusion. It said, "The Supreme Court's decision recognizing the constitutionality of abrogation of Article 370 is a historic decision, because puts the final seal of approval (and) prepares the way for strengthening the nation."

According to the resolution, there have been tragedies, unrest, and upheavals in Jammu and Kashmir. It said, The choice paves the way for new hope, newly awakened aspirations for the people of Jammu and Kashmir, as well as ends the era of exploitative politics and reiterates the nation's determination to provide equal opportunity to all irrespective of caste in Jammu and Kashmir." Creed, gender, religion, area or sub-region, and advocating for the creation of a new, better, wealthy, and peaceful Jammu and Kashmir where all people live in harmony as well as solidarity and are free from prejudice have further reinforced the commitment.
