In 2022, the Tata Group bought

In January 2022, the Tata Group purchased Air India, a losing venture. Notably, Air India placed orders with Airbus and Boeing for 470 aircraft this year. The value of this order was $70-billion. Prior to this, Air India had said that it would buy around 470 aircraft in June. In the airline business, large savings are offered on the purchase of many planes.
