Bonus for Diwali: The Delhi government offers bonuses to its workers ahead of the festival. On Monday, Arvind Kejriwal, the chief minister of Delhi, announced the Diwali bonus. The Delhi government has stated that all Group-B non-gazetted and Group-C workers would get a bonus of Rs 7,000 this Diwali. According to him, the Delhi government would spend an additional around Rs 56 crore as a result of awarding this incentive.

According to Arvind Kejriwal, this month is a festival month, and to celebrate, we are awarding bonuses of Rs 7,000 to all non-gadget staff of Group B and Group C. The Delhi government employs 80,000 people in Group-B Non Gazetted and Group-C roles.
