Wipro, the fourth-biggest IT business in the nation, has requested that all of its workers come back to work. The corporation has emailed all of its workers worldwide to notify them that starting of November 15, they will need to report to work three days a week. The hybrid work policy is what the corporation calls it.

The Covid-19 outbreak prompted the implementation of a policy on remote work. Employees are being called back to work as a result of modifications that many organizations are now making to this. The policy of working from the office for 10 days a month was also introduced last week by Infosys, the second-largest firm in India. At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), however, work is now completed from the office five days a week.

Wipro has been making an effort to guarantee that its workers come into work three days a week since May. Fifty-five percent of the staff, according to the corporation, work from home in this capacity. The firm employs more than 2.44 lakh people.
