The corporation reportedly said in the announcement that, during the next five years, we are embarking on an exciting path to grow to be a business valued at Rs 1,00,000 crore. Our commitment to employing a diverse and competent staff is reflected in our ambitious hiring plan, which calls for adding 3,000 new employees over the next five years. We think that in addition to helping to grow our own workforce, it also facilitates the recruitment of fresh, seasoned professionals from other industries.
