The corporation reportedly said in the announcement that, during the next five years, we are embarking on an exciting path to grow to be a business valued at Rs 1,00,000 crore. Our commitment to employing a diverse and competent staff is reflected in our ambitious hiring plan, which calls for adding 3,000 new employees over the next five years. We think that in addition to helping to grow our own workforce, it also facilitates the recruitment of fresh, seasoned professionals from other industries. The company will expand and innovate more quickly

This will improve our position in the business by accelerating our development and innovation, according to a statement from Titan Company's Head of HR-Corporate and Retail, Priya Mathilakath Pillai. He said that the firm now employs 60% of people in metro areas and 40% in tier II and III cities. He also stated that the company would keep upping its game in growing markets and concentrating on developing local talent in order to increase employment in the area.

According to the report, Titan also intends to raise the proportion of staff members in engineering jobs to 50% over the next two to three years, in keeping with its emphasis on innovation and technology. Titan Campus will keep employing talented people; annually, it is anticipated that it will account for 15–18% of all hiring. A 'women-centric return-ship initiative' recently introduced by the corporation has enabled it to hire 40% of new hires who are women in the first quarter.
