The cost of gasoline and diesel throughout the nation was reduced for the general population. Here's the cheapest diesel. Just Rs 79 for a litre

The public is facing significant difficulties due to the growing cost of gasoline and diesel in this inflationary period, and oil prices are constantly changing. However, as of this Monday, the first day of the week, there is no difference in the cost of gasoline and diesel. As a result, the same rates still exist today in the nation's largest cities.

The price of crude oil increased to $85.35 per barrel when government petroleum marketing organizations announced higher prices for gasoline and diesel, yet this had no impact at all on Indian customers. In India, the cost of fuel is steady these days. However, there have been significant swings in the price of crude oil. The price of oil caused fluctuations in petrol and diesel prices worldwide, ranging from the Russia-Ukraine war to the Israel-Hamas conflict, but not in India.

Diesel is being sold in Mumbai for Rs 94.27 a litre, while petrol is being sold for Rs 106.31. In Delhi, the price of diesel is Rs 89.62 and gasoline is steady at Rs 96.72 a liter. Petrol costs Rs 102.63 and diesel Rs 94.24 in Chennai. Right now, Port Blair has the cheapest gas, costing Rs 84.10 for a liter of gasoline and Rs 79.74 for diesel. However, the most costly gas may be found at Rajasthan's Sriganganagar.
