PF Balance: EPFO has declared that interest has begun to be credited to PF accounts. Minister of Labor and Employment Bhupendra Yadav claims that the EPFO has already credited interest to over 24 crore accounts. What is the rate of interest?
For FY 22–23, the interest rate on the PF account is 8.15%. Recently, EPFO has deposited interest in more over 24 crore accounts, according to Union Labor and Employment Minister Bhupendra Yadav. If you are an EPFO member in such a case, you may simply verify if the interest funds have been deposited into your account.
How can I see my PF balance?
An EPFO employee has four options for monitoring his PF balance. First via the Umang app, then via the EPFO website, SSS, missed call, and third via the Umang app. Tell us the exact steps involved in the procedure.

Download the "UMANG" app from the Play Store or App Store first.
Register for EPFO services on the app after that.
Next, go to the "Services" menu and choose "View Passbook" under "Employee-Centric Services."
Check your balance by consulting your EPF passbook and OTP after that.

You may check the balance by going to "Services" and then choosing "Member Passbook."
Using SMS
You may send an SMS to 7738299899 to verify your PF balance and contribution if your UAN number is associated with EPFO. Send the mail after writing EPFOHO UAN ENG in it. Keep in mind that you should type ENG for an English message and HIN for a Hindi message.
By way of missed call
By placing a missed call from their registered cellphone number to 011-22901406, EPFO subscribers may also find out their PF balance. Please take note that this number has to be connected to your bank account, Aadhaar, and PAN UAN numbers.
