State Bureau, New Delhi. Students', instructors', and staff members' attendance at council schools will henceforth be tracked online. Seven districts—Lucknow, Hardoi, Sitapur, Lakhimpur Kheri, Rae Bareli, Unnao, and Shravasti—will begin using this method on November 20. Starting next month, every district will use this method.

Online attendance can only be completed on school grounds due to geofencing. With the use of technology, geofencing creates a virtual barrier around a certain location, allowing information to be captured only within those boundaries.

The arbitrary actions of instructors will end.

Currently, only a manual register is used to track the attendance of instructors, staff, and pupils. He uses it indiscriminately in this case. Two daily attendance reports from teachers are required. When a student arrives or leaves the classroom, the instructor will record it.

Details about lunch will also be available online.

On the other hand, in the summer, the midday meal specifics will be given by 12 noon, and in the winter, by 1.30 pm. In addition to the midday meal registration and attendance records, 12 entrance registers, correspondence, child censuses, and other records have been digitalized.
