Mistyfly, a supplier of travel service solutions, said on Wednesday that it is collaborating with Google Cloud to foster innovation and development in the travel technology industry. The partnership is centered on combining Google's cutting-edge cloud services and generative AI capabilities with Mistyfly's Smart Selling Platform (SSP).
The chief executive officer of Mistyfly, Rajeev Kumar, stated: "Our collaboration with Google Cloud seeks to update travel infrastructure throughout the ecosystem, offering solutions that connect new and old technologies and maximize the effectiveness of suppliers and vendors as well as the discriminating needs of travelers. The business was established in 2009.
"At the end of the day, you may deliver great B2C (business to consumer) services only if the infrastructure is taken care of," according to Kumar, which is why the firm is fixing key infrastructure challenges. 85 percent of Mistyfly's overall income and business, according to him, originates from outside of India.
