President Biden has extended an invitation to India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi to attend the APEC Leadership conference. The most probable candidate to represent India in the Cabinet is a minister.

"We have been discussing it. The President expressed his excitement for his upcoming meeting with President Xi. I won't go into detail about this meeting, which is scheduled for November, since... It will take place in San Francisco. "It will be a fruitful meeting," Jean-Pierre said.

Secretary Blinken and National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan were seen engaging in significant and tactful discussions with their Chinese colleagues. This is a significant partnership.
