In October 2022, Ashok Leyland reported 13,860 units sold domestically; in October 2022, sales were up 14% to 15,759 units.

It also said that sales of medium and heavy commercial vehicles in the domestic market increased by 15% to 9,411 units from 8,189 units in the same period last year.

According to the business, light commercial vehicle sales in the domestic market last month increased by 12% to 6,348 units from 5,671 units in the same time previous year.
