In some states, there may be a sharp decrease in temperature. In addition, there are forecasts for rising temperatures.


Prognosis of extreme cold


It has been forecast that extreme cold would strike Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Balistan Muzaffarpur in Leh Ladakh in the beginning of November. On Diwali, light to moderate rain is expected in numerous states.
