Moly Joy, 61, has been named as the most recent victim. She required ventilator assistance.

Four people have died as a result of last week's explosions at a Christian religious gathering outside of Kochi at the Kalamassery convention venue.

A 61-year-old lady who was receiving ventilator support is the most recent casualty. She passed away from her wounds.

Moly Joy, a resident of Kalamassery in Kerala, was the victim of an explosion at the Zamra conference hall on October 29 that resulted in over 70% burns. A hospital spokesman said that she passed away early on Monday at a private hospital.

Libina, a 12-year-old girl native Malayattoor in the Ernakulam district, passed away at the Kalamassery Government Medical College Hospital on October 30. On the day of the event, two more victims—both women—who had attended the meeting were slain.

At the Kalamassery convention center, where over 2,000 people had assembled for a three-day prayer meeting hosted by the Jehovah's Witnesses, numerous bombs resulted in more than 50 injuries.

A few hours after the explosions, Dominic Martin, claiming to be an alienated Jehovah's Witness, turned himself up at the Kodakara police station in the Thrissur district and accepted responsibility for the explosives.

A judge sentenced the only defendant in the case to ten days in police prison on Monday. The police informed the judge that in addition to taking Martin to gather evidence, they also needed to look into his international connections and source of money.

Legal aid counsel has been turned down by the accused. Section 3 of the Explosive Substances Act, the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, as well as IPC Section 302 (murder) have all been brought against him (UAPA).
