Update on Air India Flight Security: Passengers departing from the airports in Punjab and Delhi, the nation's capital, should be aware of the following vital information. At the airports in Delhi and Punjab, passengers on Air India flights would have to go through extra security checks. The Delhi Airport has halted issuing tourist admission tickets till November 30th due to security concerns.


Sources state that guests are not permitted to enter Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) terminal buildings till November 30 unless they have a temporary airport access pass. On Monday, the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) released a circular on this matter.
