On October 3, a similar occurrence occurred aboard the Uttar Pradesh-based Sampark Kranti train's AC-3 carriage. Under the influence of alcohol, a 19-year-old passenger "accidentally" peed on an elderly couple.

The event happened when the inebriated guy staggered around the bus and urinates near the senior couple's bed.

The assault allegedly happened when the retired scientist couple was riding on the Sampark Kranti Express, which connects Delhi's Hazrat Nizamuddin with the Uttar Pradesh junction of Manikpur.

Due to his inebriation, Ritesh, who was in the same train cabin, staggered and "accidentally" peed while moving clumsily. According to Himanshu Shekhar Upadhyay, Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of North Central Railways, this led to pee droplets unintentionally falling on the pair.

The issue was brought to the attention of the train's Ticket Examiner (TTE), who notified the Jhansi Railway control room. Ritesh was taken from the train as soon as it arrived in Jhansi, and the RPF jawans immediately began their investigation.
