 SME stock Nirman Agri Genetics' multibagger IPO offers investors a 125% return within six months


One of the multibagger public issues that the Indian stock market provided in 2023 was the initial public offering (IPO) of Nirman Agri Genetics. In March 2023, this NSE SME issue went on the market with a set price of 99 rupees per equity share. On March 28, 2023, the SME stock was offered on the NSE SME Emerge platform at a standard premium of $3 per equity share. The SME stock is presently trading for approximately 225 per share on the NSE, thus if an allottee had kept investing in it with the confidence it had acquired after reviewing its financials during the primary market stage, their money would have increased by a whopping 125% today.




Details of the IPO for Nirman Agri Genetics

The IPO for Nirman Agri Genetics was issued in March 2023 at a fixed price of 99 rupees per equity share, as was already indicated. A bidder may submit their bids in lots, and 1200 firm shares made up one lot in the public offering. Therefore, the required minimum investment for an allottee is Rs. 1,18,800 (99 x 1200). It was suggested that the public issue be listed on the NSE SME Emerge platform.


The SME shares went public on the NSE on March 28, 2023, at 102, giving the fortunate allottees a roughly 3% premium. However, following par listing, Nirman Agri Genetics share price saw a significant increase in purchasing demand. The current share price of Nirman Agri Genetics is around 225. This indicates that an allottee's invested amount would have increased by more than 125% had they stayed invested in this SME stock notwithstanding par listing.


Rushil Decor rights issue: Following the fund raising action, the share price increased by 20%.


1,18,800 becomes 3,90,000 in six months.

As a result, if an allottee had continued to hold onto this SME stock notwithstanding its par listing on the NSE SME Emerge platform, its original investment of 1,18,800 would have increased to 3,90,000 today [1,18,800 x (225/99)].
