Promoting Youth Empowerment: OFIS Square's CSR Commitment Incorporates an Under-14 Cricket League
At all societal levels, physical education and sports are essential. We neglect our societal duties as corporations and enterprises in this fast-paced world. For some of the most well-known companies in India, Ofis Square has changed the work culture, enhanced work-life balance, and lowered operational costs in only a single year.
Ofis Square has served society as well as the business community by fostering relationships and progress. The newest CSR project for youth empowerment is the Under-14 cricket league, which aims to develop young people's unrealized potential and develop them into future players who will undoubtedly leave their imprint on the game.
The duration of this 40-day Ofis Square Cricket League is set. Saroj Mittal, the founder, gave it a go and urged the budding athletes to enjoy themselves and give it their all.
Mrs. Saroj believes that by working persistently to develop and nurture the young, she is giving back to society. Her only motivation for carrying out these CSR initiatives is to support and assist the public. Throughout her life, she has been a humanitarian and an inspiration to many women. She has supported them in a variety of disciplines, enabling them to support themselves and become the primary providers for their families. Many others around her have been inspired by her ideals and life philosophies.
Ten teams will compete in the Ofis Square Cricket League Tournament in an effort to get to the championship match. There will be two semifinals and one final match in addition to a total of 23 matches. For each encounter, there are special awards preserved for Man of the encounter, Fielder of the Match, and Player of the Match. In order to attract young talent, this cricket league will continue in the future. The December tournament will mark the conclusion of the Ofis Square Cricket League under 14.
"At Ofis Square, we'll never stop giving back to the community in order to improve India. This is really a little effort on our part. "I'm looking forward to many more CSR initiatives for the public in the future," Mrs. Saroj Mittal said. The competition is now held in Ghaziabad, but in the future, this CSR initiative will go to other locations to provide young cricket players with a positive exposure. In the realm of cricket, we are working tirelessly to elevate Uttar Pradesh to the status of a state full of talented players as well as ardent supporters from throughout India. Talent requires rationale and an appropriate, simple route to success. Ofis Square is using this chance to assist the aspiring cricket players in receiving sufficient instruction so they may go on to deservedly hold positions in the future.
