The state-run electricity transmission firm electricity Grid Corporation of India will release its financial results for the second quarter of FY24 on Tuesday, November 7. The board of the corporation will also announce an interim dividend together with the quarterly profits.

The board of directors of PowerGrid will convene on November 7 to discuss the results for the quarter that ended in September 2023 and an interim dividend. The corporation also said that November 16, 2023 has been set as the dividend record date.

The Unaudited monetary results of the Company for the quarter and half year got September 30, 2023, after these results have been reviewed due to the Audit Committee, and the declaration of Interim Dividend generated by the Company's profits for the year 2023–24 are just a few of the items of agenda that will be discussed and approved at a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of POWERGRID scheduled to earn Tuesday, November 7, 2023, according to a regulatory filing from PowerGrid Corporation of India.

Furthermore, it said that the firm has designated Thursday, November 16, 2023, as the "Record Date" for the purpose of determining the shareholders' eligibility for payment of an interim dividend, should one be declared by the board of directors.
