Mint Primer: Can we monitor AI judgments in the grave new world?

After a current update and the conversion of forms to high-security ones is finished in a few months, MCA will launch its new AI-powered compliance system on its MCA21 site.

What does MCA need, and why?

After a current update and the conversion of forms to high-security ones is finished in a few months, MCA's new AI-powered compliance system will be implemented on its MCA21 site, according to Mint, which cited an anonymous official. The goal is to use AI in a "human-centric" manner while giving non-compliant businesses a chance to reply before being notified. The strategy is comparable to regulators asking for public comment on proposed legislation before they are passed.
