SBI Pensioners Digital Life Certificate: Starting in October, pensioners who are 80 years of age or older may submit their Super Senior Citizen Life Certificate. They are use this facility as of October 1, 2023. On the other hand, starting on November 1, 2023, elderly persons 60 to 80 years old will be eligible to submit their Life Certificate.



You have the option to submit a life certificate by video chat only if your pension account is with State Bank of India (SBI Digital Life Certificate Application). Tell us how you plan to use this feature to your advantage.


You may submit a digital life certificate based on Aadhaar.


For the convenience of retirees, the Central Government began offering the option to submit an Aadhaar-based digital life certificate (Aadhaar-based digital life certificate registration) from November 10, 2014. Pensioners may do this by using an Aadhaar-based system to submit their life certificates at any bank, CSC center, or government agency. The Aadhaar-based Digital Life Certificate must be submitted with your pension account connected to Aadhaar.


Send in your digital life certificate using this simple procedure:


If your pension account is with SBI, go to the SBI pensionseva.sbi official website to submit the digital life certificate.


You will next need to choose the Video Call Life Certificate option.


Next, provide the account number associated with your SBI account.


Following that, an OTP will be sent to the registered cellphone number associated with the account; input it here.


After reading the terms and conditions, press the button.


Click on the "Start Journey" option after that.


Next, choose the "I am ready with PAN card" option.


After that, allow your smartphone's camera to use axis.


Following this, you will be required to provide the four-digit verification code during a video conference with SBI.


Following this, a picture of him will be taken, and a video call will be used to submit the digital life certificate.
