One of MS Dhoni's significant investments is in the thriving used automobile firm Cars24, which is led by businessman Vikram Chopra.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni, a well-known cricket player, is also a successful businessman who has stakes in several companies and start-ups. One of the companies he invested in is Cars24, run by prosperous businessman Vikram Chopra.

Co-founder and CEO of the wildly popular used automobile marketplace Cars24, which dominates the market for both buying and selling used cars, is Vikram Chopra. Along with Mehul Agrawal, Gajendra Jangid, and Ruchit Agarwal, Chopra founded Cars24 in 2015.

Vikram Chopra, the creator of Cars24, has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. At the start of his career, he launched the business FabFurnish. Chopra tried his hand at another business after this endeavor failed and accepted a position as an Investment Analyst with Sequoia Capital.

Vikram has a varied educational background; at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, he earned both a BTech and an MTech in engineering. Later, he attended The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania to get an MBA in Finance.

Cars24 began as an internet platform with a simple concept: an online market place where consumers can sell their used automobiles, which merchants can purchase for a low cost. They began developing physical outlets after seeing significant success in the used automobile selling industry.

After experiencing a significant commercial growth in 2021, Cars24 made the decision to expand its empire by entering the United Arab Emirates, Australia, and Thailand. The firm presently has 202 sites worldwide with outlets in more than 73 cities. In 2019, the company's yearly automobile sales surpassed 150,000.

Cars24, owned by Vikram Chopra, made a sizable profit of USD 1.8 million (about Rs 15,000 crore), and it also launched Cars24 Moto, a business that sells used bikes. As a result of the business' rapid growth, MS Dhoni agreed to serve as the company's brand ambassador.

In the end, MS Dhoni made an undisclosed investment in Cars24 and joined Vikram Chopra's company. Currently, Cars24 is valued at over Rs 26,600 crore, and Chopra has an estimated personal net worth of approximately Rs 41 crore, or over USD 5 million.
