"We are committed to upholding the greatest standards of morality and values in our neighborhood. We are glad to announce that McDonald's Oman has given $100,000 to the relief efforts for the people of Gaza, in conjunction with the relevant governmental authorities, on the basis of these strong beliefs and principles.


The decision of McDonald's Israel to provide assistance to Israeli forces was described as "an individual and private act, and not with the approval or instruction of the international company or any other source licensee, especially in our Arab world."


Earlier today, McDonald's Israel said on social media that it had already provided 4,000 meals to military facilities and hospitals serving Israeli troops battling Hamas. It said that it intended to provide troops stationed outside and in drafting zones with thousands of meals each day. It went on to say that this went above and beyond offering servicemen dining discounts.


While this is going on, McDonald's UAE released the following statement: "We are deeply saddened by the events in the region and in considering the ongoing crisis in Gaza, McDonald's UAE has provided AED 1 Million to Emirates Red Crescent, for its "Tarahum for Gaza" campaign."


McDonald's Saudi Arabia and Qatar

According to rumors on social media, McDonald's Qatar and McDonald's Saudi Arabia have also offered financial assistance and shown their support for Palestine.


According to an apparent statement by McDonald's Qatar in Arabic, which was circulated among social media users, "Qatar supports Qatar Charity to make up of its campaign for Palestine to provide immediate support from food aid, water, shelter, and medical assistance to meet basic needs and alleviate the suffering experienced by the brotherly Palestinian people in Gaza."


In a similar statement posted on unreliable social media platforms, McDonald's Saudi Arabia declares: "McDonald's Saudi Arabia praises our great compassionate sympathy for our brothers in beloved Palestine, alongside does not accept any bidding on the privilege of Arabism, patriotism, or commitment to our significance Saudi society, its principles, and the importance of the Sublime."
