Bokaro schools are lighted up during Navratri
Bokaro: Schools in Bokaro hosted a lovely variety of Navratri events. Students and staff at Sri Ayyappa Public School celebrated the holiday with a special assembly that focused on Maa Durga's nine manifestations. According to the director, S. S. Mahapatra, instructors helped pupils from pre-nursery through prep schools grasp the importance of the several incarnations of Durga.
Public School of Delhi Students from grades III to V performed bhajans, garba, and dandiya dances at a special assembly held by Bokaro to highlight the importance of Shakti.At Chinmaya Vidyalaya, a unique Navratri event was also organized. Maa Durga-stuti recitations, talks on her nine forms, and exuberant Garba dance performances welcomed the students from grades XI and XII.

Talwar Ras is a traditional ritual that has a long history in Gujarat. At Rajvi Palace, ladies clad in traditional garb paid devotion to Goddess Durga.
Similar events were held all throughout the nation, including aarti rites in the morning and Bommai Kolu in Kerala. In India, effigies of King Ravana are burned, and Ramlila performances are among the ways Navratri, which honors Maa Durga and her nine incarnations, is observed.
