Big News: RBI Issued a New Order! The RBI has prohibited clients of Bank of Baroda from doing this job. The RBI has prohibited adding new users to the mobile app "BoB World" from Bank of Baroda. New users won't be allowed to sign up for the "Bob World" app after this order.

Bank of Baroda has been the target of significant actions by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The RBI has prohibited adding new users to the mobile app "BoB World" from Bank of Baroda. BoB is immediately prohibited from adding new clients. New users won't be allowed to sign up for the "Bob World" app after this order.

Action has been taken against Bank of Baroda in accordance with Section 35A of the Banking Regulation Act of 1949, the RBI said in a tweet. The RBI ordered Bank of Baroda to immediately stop adding any further of its clients to the "Bob World" mobile application.

This course of action was motivated by some real issues we had about how we interact with clients on this mobile application. Customers of the Bank may continue to use the "Bob World" application only when the Bank has strengthened the relevant procedures and corrected any shortcomings to RBI's satisfaction. 'Bob World' clients who are already linked must not experience any issues as a result of this suspension, according to instructions given to the bank.
