 Apple Scary Fast event: New MacBook Pros with M3 Chips are on sale, with prices starting at ₹1,69,900


This year's October event, called 'Scary Fast' since it fell on Halloween in many areas of the globe, saw Apple unveil new MacBook Pros.


Customers may place orders for all new MacBook Pro models on the Apple website starting today, and they will start to arrive on November 7.


MacBook Pro 14-inch (M3 chip): Priced between ₹1,69,900 and ₹1,99,900, Apple has unveiled a reasonably priced 14-inch MacBook Pro with the latest M3 CPU.


According to The Verge, the 13-inch MacBook with M2 chipset that was introduced last year will be replaced by the new 14-inch MacBook Pro with M3 processor.


According to Apple, the performance of the 14-inch MacBook Pro is 60% better than that of the MacBook Pro with M1 processor. Nevertheless, the newly released Space Black color is only available on higher-end models, leaving the cheap MacBook Pro in Silver and Space Grey as the sole color choices.

The 512GB and 1TB storage versions of the 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M3 Pro CPU cost ₹1,99,900 and ₹2,39,900, respectively. The same three Thunderbolt 4 ports, an HDMI connector, an SDXC card slot, a headphone jack, and a MagSafe 3 port are included with both versions. On the other hand, a 70W USB-C power adapter is included with the 512GB model and a 90W one with the 1TB variant.

The pricing of the top-of-the-line 14-inch MacBook Pro with M3 Max processor is ₹3,19,900. Space Black and Silver are the available color choices for all three laptops.


MacBook Pro 16-inch: The pricing of the 16-inch MacBook Pro with M3 Pro CPU is ₹2,89,900 for the 36GB unified memory edition and ₹2,49,900 for the 18GB variant. In the meanwhile, the 16-inch MacBook Pro with the M3 Max CPU costs ₹3,49,900, and with 48GB of unified memory, ₹3,99,900.
