16-year-old Indian prodigy Pranjali Awasthi has created headlines with her AI business, Delv.AI, in her hasty entry into the IT industry. Awasthi introduced her creation during the Miami Tech Week event, revealing that she founded the business in January 2022 and had been successful in raising around $450,000 (about Rs 3.7 crore) in finance. Notably, a team of 10 devoted specialists is already listed on Delv.AI's LinkedIn site. Awasthi said her father was the main motivation for her business endeavor throughout the ceremony.

Early on, Awasthi's interest in technology was sparked by her engineer father's enthusiasm for advancing computer science instruction in the classroom. At the early age of seven, she was inspired to start learning to code, setting the foundation for her incredible career. When she was 11 years old, her family moved to Florida, which opened up new prospects for her. As a result, she was able to enroll in computer science lessons and challenging math programs. However, it was her 13-year-old internship at Florida International University's research laboratories that provided the impetus for her entrepreneurial journey.

Due to the continuing epidemic, Awasthi spent her internship working on machine learning projects and attending virtual high school. During this time, OpenAI launched ChatGPT-3 beta, which gave rise to the notion of employing AI to accelerate the extraction and summarization of research data. Delv.During this time, AI was developed, with Awasthi's goal being to use machine learning to improve data extraction procedures and destroy data silos.

When she entered an AI startup accelerator in Miami, run by Lucy Guo and Dave Fontenot of Backend Capital, it was a critical turning point in her path. Acceptance into the program was a testament to Awasthi's unshakable dedication to following her aspirations, even if it meant temporarily pausing her high school studies. She mentioned how well the beta launch of Delv.AI on Product Hunt went. For those who are not know, Product Hunt is a website that enables the free distribution of software.

According to Awasthi, the main goal of Delv.AI is to assist academics in quickly finding particular information across the ever increasing universe of internet resources. Awasthi was greatly assisted by the accelerator program in securing financing from On Deck and Village Global. Delv.AI has received finance of $450,000 (about Rs 3.7 crore), and it is presently valued at around $12 million (almost Rs 100 crore).

While Awasthi's Indian parents still see education as a crucial virtue, she has decided to put off her college aspirations for the time being in favor of her obligations and unflinching devotion to her organization. Awasthi plans to return to school in the future to get business knowledge that would help her in her entrepreneurial career. Awasthi manages many aspects of Delv.AI, from development to operations and customer care, while leading a small but effective staff.
